Built to run apparel brands, not spreadsheets
Run your apparel brand,
not your spreadsheets.
From suppliers and materials to the true cost of every unit — Seamlyn replaces the scattered spreadsheets your brand runs on today, and is growing into the system that runs all of it.

With Seamlyn
Recalculates automatically when any supplier rate changes.
If you actually run an apparel brand, you already know this part.
The price changed again
A supplier bumps a fabric rate on WhatsApp at 11pm, and now every costing sheet that used it is quietly wrong — until you remember to fix each one by hand.
Where did this number even come from?
Someone quoted a cost weeks ago. Now you're staring at it, unsure which supplier, which rate, or which version of the BOM it was based on.
The approval is "somewhere in the chat"
Samples, prices, and sign-offs live in WhatsApp and email threads. Half the time nobody's sure what got approved, by whom, or which version is final.
A batch came back wrong
A bad batch of Kashmiri chilli came in from a vendor — fine on taste, but it turned everything it touched dark. By the time the complaints piled up, we were frantically reverse-tracing which products used that batch, and which supplier it even came from. Days lost to detective work that a system should have answered in seconds.
It held at 10 styles. It won't hold at 100.
The spreadsheet-and-memory system that just about works today completely falls apart the moment your catalogue grows.

What you can do in Seamlyn right now
This isn't a mockup. Here's what's already working in the demo you can open today.

Products
Every product and SKU in one place
Your full catalogue — styles, variants, and SKUs — in a single view instead of a dozen sheets. Add a product once and it's connected to your materials, suppliers, and costing automatically.
Suppliers & materials
Suppliers and materials, with real pricing
Track who supplies what, at what rate and reliability — so a material's true cost is always current, not a guess. When a supplier updates their rate, it flows through to every product that uses it.

Auto-costed BOMs
Build a BOM and see the true cost instantly
Define a bill of materials for any product and Seamlyn instantly calculates the real, fully-loaded cost per unit — every material, every trim, every making charge. No formulas, no manual rework. The ₹328.64 in the demo at the top of this page? That's a real BOM.
The demo is an early, working preview — built to show how Seamlyn works, not the finished product.
From supplier to true cost, automatically.
Add your suppliers
Track who supplies what, at what price and reliability.
Add your materials
Fabrics, trims, accessories — each with live supplier pricing.
Build your products & BOM
Define every SKU and its bill of materials in minutes.
See your true cost per unit
Seamlyn instantly calculates the real, fully-loaded cost of every unit. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.
The bigger picture
Costing is where we start.
Not where we stop.
Seamlyn is being built into the full operating system for an apparel brand — one connected place for everything from the first design to the moment a style ships. Here's where we're headed.
Recipes & bills of materials, properly
Define the full recipe behind every product — every material, trim, and process — so cost, specs, and sourcing all live in one structured place.
Version control for everything
Every change to a product, BOM, or cost — tracked, compared, and reversible. Always know what changed, when, and what the latest approved version is.
Trace any batch back to its source
When something goes wrong in a production run, follow it straight back to the exact materials, suppliers, and decisions behind it.
Design to launch, in one flow
Manage a style's entire journey — from first design and sampling through production and reorders — without jumping between tools.
One source of truth
Every product, SKU, supplier, cost, and file connected in a single system, so nothing lives in someone's head or a stray spreadsheet.
These capabilities are on the roadmap — not available in the demo today.
Why I'm building this
I run a D2C brand myself — Anagh, in spices, not apparel. But the playbook is identical: costing scattered across spreadsheets, supplier rates changing on WhatsApp, margins I could never fully trust. One bad batch of Kashmiri chilli once turned half our blends dark — and it took days of frantic backtracking just to figure out which batch, which products, and which supplier were behind it. That's when it hit me: the answer should've been one click, not a week of panic. When I looked at apparel brands, I saw the same pain — just bigger and messier, with more materials, more SKUs, more suppliers. So I'm building Seamlyn for them.
